Open For Commissions!! But Need Your Input Please!

Hey Guys And Gals!!   I'm Contemplating Opening Commissions, But Badly Need Your Input!!!

So I guess people hit hard spots in life and need to bring in some extra $$$ in the form of commisions.... and I've had the luck of hitting that hard spot in my life and am gettting ready to open commissions, but need your thoughts!!

I regularly work a M-F, 7AM-5PM day job as the lead CAD Designer at my day job... and have been practicing my coloring skills on some awesome lines the past couple of years (Pretty much everything you see in my gallery).  In essence, I've been coloring stuff I love on the ample free time I have (which is not a rant, I HAVE SO MUCH FUN DOING THESE COLORWORKS!)

With that in mind, if I open commissions how would one charge and how would one gauge coloring someone's hand drawn stick figure compared to coloring something by say the great ?  

Also, does it go against any rules if someone commissions me to color someone elses lines?
